BOOKING AND CANCELLATIONS

1.16 Training courses are offered in a variety of formats, including but not limited to: scheduled training courses, Client bookings whether provisionally booked by telephone / email / Text / Fax or in Writing, client specific training days, tailored face to face consultancy sessions and tailored on line consultancy sessions. All training services are priced and quoted in advance & will be placed on respective Invoice. Payment for training services is required in advance unless prior agreement has been made. Cancellations received in writing more than 28 days before the course date will incur no charge. Any fee paid may be used against future training or will be refunded. Cancellations received in writing between 15 and 28 days of the course date will be charged at 50% of the agreed cost of training. The balance of any fee paid may be used against future training or will be refunded Cancellations received in writing less than 15 days before the course date will be charged in full. Alterations to your course attendance date will be charged at £25 per alteration. An appropriate substitute delegate is always welcome.GH Translogistic Training reserves the right to alter or cancel training courses due to unforeseen circumstances in such instances, will not refund training fees. GH Translogistic Training reserves the right to cancel training courses if client bookings are in correct, due to administration error, in such instances, will not refund training fees. All cancellation`s made by GH Translogistic Training will be done by either Telephone, E-mail or in Writing. We reserve the right to refuse training for late arrivals on the training day and, in such instances, will not refund training fees.

1.17 The person booking the course is agreeing to the terms and conditions and is doing so on behalf of the above company.

1.18 Dates of courses or training venue may be changed without notice.

NON-ATTENDANCE

1.19 Without prior notice, if a trainee does not attend a course, the full course fee remains payable.

LATE ARRIVALS/MISSED SESSIONS

1.20 Without prior notice, if a trainee arrives late for a course we reserve the right to refuse entry to the training course. Without prior notice, once a course has commenced if a trainee is absent from any training sessions we reserve the right to discontinue training. If a trainee is refused entry or dismissed from a training course, 100% of the course fees are payable.

UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES

1.21 On occasion, unforeseen circumstances may require GH Transport & Logistic Training to cancel a course. The trainee or company will be given as much notice as possible and GH Transport & Logistic Training will offer the trainee or company alternative course dates.

LAW AND JURISDICTION

1.22 These terms of use are governed by English law. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms of use shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
